A leader in custom machine design and build, engineering, and automated production solutions, The ProMach Innovation Center down the road from NJM offers custom engineering, manufacturing and installation services for integrated automation projects.

Project Management

NJM assigns each customer their own project manager to work with you every step of the way on your project. The process will oversee all elements of your project from scheduling to aftermarket service and everything in between.

Manufacturing & Integration Facility

We manufacture our equipment in an environmentally sustainable “green” building in Montreal, Canada, that is officially LEED certified. The layout of this new facility permits our LEAN manufacturing practices, providing a systematic approach to identifying and eliminating waste in our processes. This state-of-the art building allows NJM Packaging to manufacture equipment and integrate lines, all under one roof.

Line Integration

NJM can deliver a totally integrated tablet, powder and liquid packaging line. After performing an in-depth project evaluation and conceptual design solution, NJM Packaging integrates all necessary machines -- manufactured by us or another OEM -- to work seamlessly and smoothly in sequence.

Line Optimization

NJM’s line optimization services are designed to maximize the efficiency of your line or machine. We will help you gain control of your assets and resources, getting to the bottom of downtime problems and increasing your overall output. You will also realize gains in efficiency, quality and payback time.

Customized Solutions

Do you have a project in mind that is off the beaten track? Please contact us. We have designed and built equipment for a variety of projects that are not labeling-related. Our engineering team, which includes mechanic and electrical engineers, can tackle the trickiest project.

After-Sales Technical Service

We will continue to partner with you after the sale. In addition to offering standard warranties for our equipment, we also offer extended warranties and preventative maintenance programs. Our parts department stocks thousands of different items to assure fast, efficient fulfillment of all parts orders, minimizing downtime and loss of productivity.

Validation

NJM offers complete FDA or GAMP5 validation and compliance assistance to customers for an individual machine or an entire line. On-site implementation services are also offered by NJM.
