NJM offers accessories to keep production rooms running seamlessly. The TE-20 Tablet Elevator is designed to fill the tablet hopper at a comfortable height for operators. This elevator then lifts a bucket to feed a tablet counter or blister machine. The BiFlow Table is another accessory available. This system creates a buffer zone prior to the retorquing station to cool caps. These accessories are flexible to meet unique product requirements.
By integrating an NJM raised-bed conveyor with a third-party metal detector head, NJM has eliminated the need for bottle transfers. At speeds up to 250 units per minute.
